31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of FLA (Singapore) will be held on 27 March 2025 (Thursday) from 3-5:30 pm.

FLA (Singapore) 31st AGM Agenda
- To approve and adopt Minutes of the 30th FLA (Singapore) AGM held on 27 March 2024.
- To receive President’s Report on behalf of the Executive Committee for the year ended 31 December 2024.
- To receive and, if approved, pass the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts of FLA (Singapore) for the year 2024.
- To appoint Auditor for year 2025 accounts.
- To elect the 28th FLA (Singapore) Executive Committee for 2025 to 2027.
- To transact any other business in accordance with the Association’s Constitution.
Any member who wishes to place an item on the agenda may do so provided notice is given to the Honorary Secretary via [email protected] at least one (1) week before AGM (by 20 March 2025).
Attendance
AGM is a member-only event; only pre-registered members with paid 2025 FLA membership fee will be able to attend FLA 31st AGM 2025 (on-site)
To appoint a proxy, return the completed Reply Slip to [email protected] by 25 March 2025
Nomination
Rule 8 (3) of FLA (Singapore) Constitution, any two FLA (Singapore) Ordinary members may nominate any FLA (Singapore) Ordinary member for election to the Committee at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) by submitting the Nomination Form to the Honorary Secretary at least ten (10) days (by 17 March 2025) before the AGM via email to [email protected]
Rule 5 (1) Ordinary Members refers to any company incorporated, or business firm registered in Singapore engaged in: (a) franchising as a franchisor; (b) franchising as a master franchisee which has appointed sub-franchisees; (c) licensing (including brand licensing) as a licensor; or (d) licensing (including brand licensing) as a head licensee which has appointed sub-licensees.
