The Franchising & Licensing Awards (FLA Awards) was launched in 2005 by the Franchising and Licensing Association (Singapore) to recognise outstanding achievers in the local industry. In its 17th edition, the FLA Awards continue to provide a formidable platform for successful franchise concepts and businesses to be showcased in the international arena. It also serves as a national benchmark for franchise concepts aspiring to greater heights. Over 280 brands have benefitted from the Awards since its inception.

FLA Awards 2023 includes both Competitive and Recognition Awards, consisting of 17 categories that recognise and honour the various stakeholders in the franchise and license industry, such as Franchisors, Licensors, Franchisees, Licensees, and individuals. An impressive 26 nominations were received, spanning 11 Award Categories and involving 14 distinguished companies, representing a total of 11 exceptional brands.

The FLA Awards 2023 Gala Ceremony on 16 November 2023, was graced by Ms Low Yen Ling, Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. 24 awards were presented across 11 categories to 13 companies (10 brands). These awards signify a badge of honour in the industry, instilling confidence and a true testament to local brands’ ability to achieve global competitiveness.
