The FLA Executive Committee (EXCO) would like to extend our invitation for members to be presented at the 30th FLA AGM 2024.
The 27th EXCO here gives official notice that the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Franchising and Licensing Association (Singapore) will hold on:
Date: 27 March 2024, Wednesday
Time: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Venue: MX Studios
Address: 809 French Road, Kitchener Complex, Level 3, Singapore 200809.

1. To approve and adopt the Minutes of the 29th AGM held on 29 March 2023 (click to view)
2. To receive the President’s Report on behalf of the Executive Committee for the year ended 31 December 2023
3. To receive and, if approved, pass the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts of FLA (Singapore) for the year 2023 (click to view)
4. To appoint an Auditor for the year 2024 accounts;
5. To transact any other business in accordance with the Association’s Constitution.
We would like to invite ALL members to attend the AGM.
