The founder & winemaker, John Goh, the founder is an innovator who spent six years from planting to brewing wine tea. John didn't want to copy other people's products, he invested a lot of time in his experiments. After countless failures, he finally broke through the boundaries and developed our mild pungent non-alcoholic wine tea.
Upon persistence, our Catechin Champagne, sparkling coffee and beer series are so far THE WORLD's FIRST. Our Catechin Champagne are made from our local farm herbs added with live Catechin EGCG "King of Bubbles" cultivated by us. This "King of bubbles" grows the natural bubbles in our champagne.
All our products are alcohol-free that uses natural ingredients and breaks through the practice of 5,000 years of Chinese culture as it does not add any commercial yeast, alcohol, preservatives or artificial colouring at all.
Catechin EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate), a compound found in green tea, is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which can affect various stages of carcinogenesis. It influences both the initiation and progression of tumors, impacting processes like cell proliferation, apoptosis, and angiogenesis.
Studies show that catechins not only inhibits cancer; it can repair telomeres, scavenging free radicals and protect chromosomes from mutations.
It is also a product that is good for the body's intestines digestive system.
