Description

Design and produce artwork for a wide range of signage, branding and visual communication projects.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Production teams to develop creative concepts that meet clients' objectives.
Create marketing materials including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, company stamps and other promotional materials.
Prepare production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design software.
Edit and enhance images by adjusting colours, exposure, resolution and other graphic elements.
Develop design concepts and present mock-ups for review and approval.
Meet with clients to understand their branding requirements and recommend suitable signage solutions.
Prepare artwork according to production specifications, including sizing, bleed, cutting paths and print-ready files.
Operate or assist with large-format printing, vinyl cutting, lamination and other production equipment where required.
Assist in artwork checking, quality control and colour matching before production.
Support installation preparation by ensuring artwork and production files are accurate.
Maintain organised digital files and project documentation.
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently throughout the design process.
Assist with general production duties when required.
Keep up to date with current design trends, printing technologies and signage materials.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
Experience in signage, printing, advertising or large-format graphics is preferred.
Good understanding of print production processes and artwork preparation.
Creative with a strong eye for typography, colour and layout.
Able to sketch ideas and translate concepts into professional designs.
Familiar with large-format printing, vinyl application or signage fabrication is an advantage.
Good communication skills and able to work with clients and team members.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Meticulous, organised and willing to learn.
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
