About The Malaysia Franchise Association

The Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA), established in 1994, is the primary organization dedicated to promoting and developing the franchise industry in Malaysia. It serves as a central resource for franchisors, franchisees, and the public, working to elevate the sector's contribution to the national economy. The MFA provides a wide array of services to its members, including valuable networking opportunities, comprehensive training programs, and support for international expansion.

Key events like the Franchise International Malaysia (FIM) exhibition and the Malaysia Franchise Awards are organized by the association to showcase opportunities and recognize excellence within the industry. Through these initiatives, the MFA plays a crucial role in fostering a conducive environment for the growth and success of franchising in Malaysia.
